We are the only company that produces the best mouthguard and takes the time to make your dream design come true, but because each mouthguard is hand made by our artists final results may vary. If you are not 100% satisfied, let us know. All sales are final because it is a personalized item, but we will not rest while you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. 

We do not take orders over the phone. When ordering on line, you will receive an email confirmation after your order is processed. Please add in the order form CALL ME in the special instructions and we will give you a call to check. Usually we double check all the orders.
