Email messages will be replied and phone messages will be returned as soon as possible, at most on the next 2 business days, during our regular business hours (M-F, 9am-3pm) eastern standard time.
We recommend email contact using the form in this page, which is the easiest and fastest way to communicate with us. It is helpful, when sending emails, to choose the right subject in the drop-down menu, such as:
-Need help choosing mouthguard: Our products pages offer vast information about each product line. In case you still need further assistance in choosing the right mouthguard, do not hesitate to ask. Explain what is your sports practice, what level you are, how often you practice: the more info the better for us to come up with a recommendation.
-Product questions: In case you need more information about Forcefield and the benefits of using a laminated mouthguard, let us know. We will be glad to respond.
-Order and/or shipping status: We will send you an email confirming the order, the shipping of the Self Mould kit and the shipping of the final mouthguard (all shipping info goes with tracking info). You may also receive other emails from us, such as asking questions about your unique design. In case you have not received the email, it means that order is still being processed. We will do our best to give you the best possible estimate on how long it takes to delivery your mouthguard, as soon as we receive a valid dental impression from you, but usually you should allow 10 business days for manufacturing of your unique Forcefield mouthguard.
-Include me in the Photo Gallery: Tell us your name, city/state, gym/team, sports practice and a 5 line bio with your major achievements (levels, trophy, etc). Send your .jpeg picture (200x200 pixels) in a separate email putting your full name in the subject line and using the same email address you sent the contact us message. The file name should be your full name. The picture should show your Forcefield Mouthguard.
-Fell free to share any concerns with us. Feedbacks and complains are also welcome. We are always learning from our customers. We are the only company that produces the best mouthguard and takes the time to make your dream design come true, but because each mouthguard is hand made by our artists final results may vary. If you are not 100% satisfied, let us know. All sales are final because it is a personalized item, but we will not rest while you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
-Is my design idea feasible: We love new ideas and we will put all effort to make your design come true. If you want to discuss some crazy idea with us before ordering, please do. We will be glad to share our thoughts. Remember...your imagination is our limit!
We do not take orders over the phone. When ordering on line, you will receive an email confirmation after your order is processed. Please add in the order form CALL ME in the special instructions and we will give you a call to check. Usually we double check all the orders.
Please avoid calling and emailing us at the same time, this just makes things more confusing and time consuming for us. Thanks!
