This line is the high end level for the Professional line and Personalization is available. Titanium Xtreme is made with a 3 Layered Laminated EVA, which increases shock absorption by tenfold, with 5 mm thickness. This line is recommended for any sports practiced at a more competitive level and for athletes weighting more than 160 lbs (MMA, for example). Choose 3 colors. Price includes Carrying Case and Dental Impression KIT.

After purchase is completed and processed, you get a confirmation email from us, and then we ship the Dental Impression kit. Follow instructions and take your dental impression. If you are less than 18 years old do not try to take your dental impression alone, ask for adult assistance. Ship it back to us. Forcefield will then manufacture your unique mouthguard after receiving a valid dental impression. Allow 30 business days for final shipment.

This line allows for personalization. Choose among some pre defined designs, or you can suggest a different one. In this case, select the correct option and add instructions in the end of the order. We will contact you to confirm. Since personalization is done one by one, results may vary. We may decline to do designs/phrases we consider offensive. Trademark logos need prior authorization to be used.
